there was no garda objection to bail providing the court

The girl (aged 13), was charged at the Children's Court with stealing €433 worth of cosmetics from Ugg Boots Sale , at St Stephen's Green, in central Dublin, on Sunday last.

Judge Bryan Smyth noted that there was no garda objection to bail providing the court imposed a condition banning the girl, who was accompanied to her cClassic UGG Argyle Knit Boots ase by her mother, from the Dublin 2 area.

Judge Smyth agreed to attach the condition to the girl's bail bond and remanded her to appear again in January.

He warned the girl she risked having her Classic UGG Short Boots revoked “and being remanded in custody” if she broke the bail condition.
