The rule will go into effect December 27

For some people and businesses in one North Carolina town, there's an extra motive to get clear Ugg Boots after a snowfall or storm, a $50 fine. The Asheville Citizen-Times is reporting that the city of Asheville unanimously voted to allow city workers to issue the fines to residents and business owners, who don't keep their sidewalks clear of snow, ice and other debris.

And, those who intentionally Classic Argyle Knit UGG Boots snow onto sidewalks could face a criminal misdemeanor charge and a $500 fine. In warmer weather, the sidewalks will need to be free of overgrowth, as well.

The rule will go into effect December 27. The $50 fines can be issued each day a sidewalk isn't cleared up to $5,000. Residents reacted differently to the new Classic Short UGG Boots , some saying they made sense after last year's brutal winter.
