Another part of the problem the Limoges team has encountered are signs being Ugg boots on sale removed from properties that had requested them and then having them re-planted onto public rights-of-way, including city parks, a violation of election campaigning rules.

“The first day we put them out, I had to get about 30 of them … and people are calling,Bailey UGG Button Boots ‘Where’s my sign?’” said Limoges.

Windsor elections manager Chuck Scarpelli said it’s “very common” for sign theft calls to flow in, and this year is no exception. Other traditional Classic UGG Tall Boots sources of complaints include disputes between landlords and tenants or condo neighbours over which candidate’s sign gets to go up, or whether a sign should be removed for safety reasons, e.g. when it obstructs traffic sight lines.

The city has set up a hotline in its building department to respond to such complaints. Calls to 255-6267, ext. 6985, or by dialing 311, triggers a response by bylaw enforcement to see whether the complaint is legitimate, said Scarpelli.

Election signs are exempt from the city’s sign bylaw, and Scarpelli said what’s “reasonable” dictates the city’s response to complaints.
